We are excited to tell you about Roland's – a great "Texas-style BBQ" deep in the heart of Arkansas!

Everything – and we do mean EVERYTHING – is made fresh daily:

  • Turkey & Ham

Then there's the sauce, from which you have a choice a spicy "Texas" blend or a milder one!

And, as a compliment to our great BBQ, we offer vegetables, including:

  • Baked Beans (cooked on the pit)
  • Corn on the Cob
  • Potato Salad
  • Cole Slaw
  • Pico De Gallo
  • Deviled Eggs

...and, for dessert, the best banana pudding you have ever eaten!!

Roland's also has a variety of specialty smoked meats, including Beef Jerky, Turkey Jerky, Summer Sausage, Dried Sausage Stick, Canadian Bacon, and Link Sausage – all made right at Roland's!

Come on in & eat with us for a true "American B-B-Q" experience – great food, great music, and great hospitality, don't miss it!! We regularly cater for parties of 5 to 500. You can come by and pick up enough B-B-Q to feed the family or order enough to feed the neighborhood. We'll even come serve you if you have 75 people or more.

And if you can't make it to Hot Springs, give us a call or order online and we'll mail it to you (well that is the meats and the sauce and the rub)!!! They are regularly sent nationwide!
